Conditions of payment and Warranty
- 50% of the total cost of accommodation is due upon reservation.
At the very latest 2 weeks before arrival you pay the outstanding balance of 50%. Upon arrival you pay a warranty of 200 Euro.
- The sum of the warranty will be paid back at the end of your vacation if after the final check round it appears that the residence is clean and that no damage has been done.
o In case of cancellation the sum paid (50% upon reservation and another 50% 2 weeks before arrival) will belong to the proprietors as cancellation compensation.
